Branches listed here appear on the sign-up page and in every user’s branch dropdown. Deactivate hides a branch from new choices. Delete removes it from this list for good. Either way, existing tickets and accounts keep their branch name.
User: creates tickets and follows only their own. Admin: also sees and updates the ticket types you tick (Software, Hardware, Building Management); ticks apply to Admin only. Super user: all access, including branches, users and deleting tickets. Click Save access after changing a person. Reset a password here if someone forgets theirs.
